Closed Issue: TypeScript: Build option TypeScriptOutFile not working [668]

Hi,

__NTVS version__: NTVS Dev 2014-02-07 VS 2013.msi
__VS Version__: Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate.

Setting option "TypeScriptOutFile" should cause all generated JavaScript to be combined into a single .js file.

This is currently not working.
