Commented Issue: Missing modules should have several actions available [501]

Missing module should have 3 actions available:
Remove (remove from package.json)
Install
Update

Comments: We've removed this list from the package management dialog so I'm going to resolve this. As per my previous comment install, update, and uninstall are available in Solution Explorer.
