Edited Issue: Package manager UI issues at 200% DPI [596]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run at a high DPI (e.g. 200%). This is common for anyone using a high resolution display (such as a Retina MacBook).
2. Open the package manager
3. Result - see attached screenshot.
