Commented Feature: Code formatting not working for *.js files when it opened as Project [544]

Code formatting not working for *.js files when it opened as Project.
Here is a messsage:
> The key combination (Ctrl+E, Ctrl+D) is bound to command (Format Document) which is not currently available
Comments: yes, this is sooooo annoying because it works for js files in web projects. Could this be fixed please ?
