VS 2015 CTP5 (Dev14.DP.22512.00)
Repro:
1. Create an Azure Express 3 application
2. Build and publish to Azure
3. In Server Explorer under Websites, right click on the website you deployed your app to.
Result:
There is no entry for "Attach Debugger (Node)"
Expected:
There should be a menu item for Node.js remote debugging
As a workaround you will have to use the Attach to Process dialog for remote debugging.
