Created Issue: Reset settings doesn't reset NTVS specific settings [1768]

VS 2013 Express for Web (haven't tested with ultimate)

Change some of the options under Text Editor/Node.js/formatting
Tools/Settings/Reset

Go back to tools options, the formatting options haven't reset.
