Created Issue: "Copy Full Path" copies project file path rather than folder path [1698]

This is confusing when working with existing projects, especially since the behavior is inconsistent with "Open command prompt here..." and "Open folder in File Explorer" which make it feel like a folder rather than a project file.

Not yet sure what the best solution would be, though...
