Edited Issue: Azure Publish Documentation updates [1648]

Publish to "Windows Azure Web Sites" screenshot needs updating, and there are a couple of inconsistent screenshots.

There are some screenshots in the Cloud Service docs where we don't censor email addresses (and some where we do).
