Edited Issue: Author landing page for post install [1558]

Need to create better post page at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=519208

Currently it is pointing at: https://nodejstools.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Installation

We should make a full new page for this. Probably call it something like LandingPagePostInstall or something with links to

- Node.js
- Azure Tools for Visual Studio
- Perhaps more?
