Edited Issue: Crash when clicking on editor tab when opening a solution with opened files in editor [1456]

VS 2013 (Ultimate or Express for Web)
NTVS 1.0.21020.0

Extract the zip file from our bugs share: 1456/ExpressApp1.zip
Open solution.
If there's no files opened automatically by editor, then open app.js and index.js
Close VS.
Double-click the solution on disk to reopen VS.
You'll see both app.js and index.js in editor tab well.

Click on the editor tab that's isn't currently active.

Result: VS crashes.

Note: I remember this happening a while ago, and I think it was fixed, but now it's definitely back.
