Edited Issue: 2 entries for each package in npm search result list [609]

I don't know if this was a UI only issue, or a catalog/cache issue. Unfortunately, I hit Refresh Catalog to see if it would get rid of the issue, and now I have nothing, empty catalog (and no error message).
