Created Issue: Right click on npm node has performance issue [1563]

VS 2015 Preview
NTVS 21117.01

Repro:
1. Create blank Node.js web app
2. add few npm packages
3. on the package node, right click to bring up the context menu

Result:
There is a long pause between the click and the context menu being displayed.
This seems to only occur on the npm packages.
