Create new Windows Azure Node.js project
Server.js will open in the editor automatically
Drag & drop some files to your project root, including a server.js file
You'll get an error message box:

Comments: We should do the normal "Do you want to replace it?" and then replace it on disk. VS should then prompt to reload.
