I've just upgraded to Beta 2 but I can't seem to install new npm packages as the package list is always empty. If I refresh the list it just takes a long time and still comes back with nothing.
I can work around it for the time being by using .npm to add more packages, but it is a shame not to be able to use the UI
I am also not seeing any global packages listed when I first open my solution, but reinstalling one of them from the Node.js interactive window using .npm made the others appear. Disappear again on closing and re-opening. Not sure if this is related...
Comments: Yes, I can confirm that it's working now. Regarding package cordova (installed globally): It's also listed in dialog "Install New npm Packages", but version number prints 0.0.0. Other packages like bower, yo, grunt show a valid version number. If I do a npm list -g, the version number of package cordova is also valid.
