Sometimes, when I right click npm and select "Manage npm Modules", the package manages says "Loading published package list", but it comes back empty. See screenshot here: 
I am still able to install packages using the npm command, but they are not added to packages.json and I have to call npm init manually.
Comments: FYI the recent [parsing issue](https://nodejstools.codeplex.com/workitem/1403) which was preventing EVERYONE from successfully refreshing the catalog is fixed in the [latest dev build](https://nodejstools.codeplex.com/releases/view/127642). We are still working on resolving the original issue people were running into. [0A][0A]@maheshw - based on your screenshot and logs, you don't seem to have the right version (with the logging), so it would be great if you could download the latest dev build. thanks!
