Closed Unassigned: If Node.js is not installed, don't show the path where it isn't [264]

Without Node installed, the message reads (something like) "Interpreter 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Nodejs\nodejs.exe' not found".

We should display that no Node.js is installed to avoid confusing people (e.g., an x86 machine will never install to that path).
