Edited Issue: New Project From Existing Code test failures [521]

The assert equal on settings.StartupFile fails in these tests (from rolling run machines):
ImportWizardSimpleApp
ImportWizardSimpleOther

Works well when you run the wizard, so it's just a test issue.
