I just upgraded my ExpressJS project (probably has nothing to do with this error). But now when I try to start up with the debugger I get a new tab that says: "Source not available" and it shows a large banner

Using VS2013 Pro.
As you can see from the screen shot the node process is running fine, and it responds to requests.
It is only the debug channel to VS that is not working.
