Edited Issue: Buttons in package manager dialog are inconsistently sized [1029]

In console view, 'Cancel' button is aligned on both top and bottom with text box beside it, whereas the 'Install' button is aligned at the top of the neighboring input box, but not at bottom because it is smaller.
