Commented Unassigned: Source Code Issue: Not all projects can be loaded in VS 2012 13. e.g Profiling [1058]

Profiling.csproj and a few others could not be loaded into VS 2012 or 2013.
attached is the migration report

No changes required
These projects can be opened in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 without changing them.
