Commented Task: Document usage of Microsoft.NodejsTools.NodeLogConverter.exe [1055]

We should add a section to our profiling documentation to mention how you can take an existing v8 log and import it in VS, with the help of Microsoft.NodejsTools.NodeLogConverter.exe.
