Created Unassigned: Create New Project Can’t Debug. [988]

Create new project. (Node.js Application)
-> Not working debug mode.

Solution was found.
app.js (or app.ts) file change encoding UTF-8 (BOM) to UTF-8 (not BOM).
-> Working debug mode!
