Updated Release: Latest Dev Build (Mar 12, 2014)

This dev build release reflects our latest source code. It has not been extensively tested and is not recommended for production environments.

This release contains a number of bug fixes since the Alpha release and a preview of TypeScript and new Unit Testing feature.
