Edited Issue: Crash when trying to use any npm module: error : 'Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JObject' does not contain a definition for 'name' [887]

I click install and then after seemingly the installation finished the entire visual studio 2013 web crashes.
I'm on windows 7 64bit

It shows this error:
