Edited Issue: F10: need to hit twice when function has another function param [724]

eg:

```
app.use(express.favicon());
app.use(express.logger('dev'));
app.use(express.json());
app.use(express.urlencoded());
app.use(express.methodOverride());
```

these require two F10 hits to move to the next line.
